POSITION PURPOSE

The Management Associate will work directly with the Sales Director and support strategic business initiatives across Sales, Retail Excellence, HR, Branding, Training, Operations, and Business Analytics.

This position is designed to develop future business leaders by providing exposure to senior management, large-scale business operations, project management, and strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Performance Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Analyse sales, stock, productivity, and market performance.
- Develop dashboards and management review presentations.

2. Project Management

- Track strategic projects assigned by the Sales Director.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on action plans and project milestones.

3. Retail & Market Excellence

- Conduct market visits and collect business insights.
- Monitor retail execution standards and compliance.
- Identify business opportunities and improvement areas.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Sales, HR, Training, Branding, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Ensure alignment and execution of business priorities.

5. Leadership Support

- Support management reviews, business planning, and special assignments.
- Prepare presentations,



reports, and decision-support documents.
- Assist in organizational development initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / PGDM.

* 0–3 years of experience preferred.

* Freshers with strong leadership potential may apply.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* High ownership and execution mindset.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.

* Willingness to travel within Odisha.
