We are looking to add a knowledgeable and experienced wirecut operator to our production team. The ideal applicant should be able to interpret engineering drawings, maintain dimensional accuracy, operate and program Wire EDM (Wirecut) machine and guarantee high production standards.
Important Duties
Install and run Wire EDM (Wirecut) equipment effectively.
Execute machine editing and programming in accordance with task specifications.
Examine and comprehend process documents, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
Using the material and component specifications as a guide, choose the proper cutting parameters.
Verify dimensional accuracy with precision measuring tools like dial indicators, height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
To attain the requisite finish and tolerance, keep an eye on machining processes and alter parameters as needed.
Maintain machine cleanliness and carry out routine maintenance.
Investigate small machine problems and work with the maintenance staff to resolve larger malfunctions.
Before sending components for inspection, make sure they adhere to quality standards.
Reduce material waste and increase machining effectiveness.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
