Material Receipt & Inspection

- Receive construction materials as per Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.
- Check quantity and basic quality before accepting materials.
- Inform concerned staff about shortages or damages.

Storage & Stock Maintenance

- Arrange materials properly to avoid damage, theft, or loss.
- Maintain stock in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of materials.

Material Issue & Control

- Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
- Record all inward and outward movements accurately.
- Control wastage and prevent misuse of materials.

Inventory & Records

- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and daily material records.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform purchase/site team for replenishment.
- Support physical stock verification and audits.

Coordination & Reporting





- Coordinate with Site Engineer, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or excess/short materials immediately.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow site safety rules while handling and storing materials.
- Ensure proper storage of hazardous or sensitive materials.
- Comply with company and project policies.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
