Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily field activities and ensure work is completed as per the project plan.
- Allocate work to team members and monitor their performance.
- Maintain attendance and ensure timely check-in/check-out of all staff.
- Ensure all work follows CATCH Foundation's quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Incharge regarding daily work progress and challenges.
- Monitor the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies among team members.
- Conduct daily briefings before work starts and review progress at the end of the day.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, and completed work.
- Submit daily progress reports along with photographs and videos of site activities.
- Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or emergencies immediately.
- Support plantation, maintenance, and project activities as assigned.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and protected at all times.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
