Basic Configuration and Deployment of Firewalls
Perform initial setup, interface configuration, and basic security policy implementation on Fortigate and Palo Alto Firewalls, including NAT, routing, and logging settings.

Zscaler Proxy Policy Administration
Execute configuration of user authentication, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and access control in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), following predefined security baselines.

Network Infrastructure Support (Cisco RandS)
Handle routine network operations like VLAN setup, trunking, inter-VLAN routing, static/energetic routing protocol verification, and troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues on Cisco devices.





Monitoring, Incident Response and Log Analysis
Use tools like Panorama, FortiManager, and Zscaler Admin Portal to monitor traffic, generate reports, respond to alerts, and perform L1??+??2 incident triage with escalation as needed.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.

Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
