1. Departmental Operation

a. Follow the preventive maintenance schedule.

b. Regular maintenance of electrical panel boards.

c. Maintain the power factor and check the capacitors for operation on daily basis.

d. Ensure that all the electrical motor starters are fitted with rated relays.

e. Monitor all the electrical equipment during abnormal noise and heat.

f. Ensure that while welding all the load cells are disconnected at plant

g. Daily calibration of weighing scales at bag filling with standard Weights.

Maintain the proper stock of spares to avoid the delay in break down & avoid critical situation.

2. Other Activities

a. To check transformer leakages, moisture, insulators, cable lugs on regularly.

b. Always use lock out tag for electrical isolation.

c. Use always PPE’s.





d. Improve the work efficiency.

e. Reduce the break down time of machines.

Calibration of weighing scales and temperature sensors.
