Job Opening: Analyst – Bioanalytical Department

Sycon Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Analyst in the Bioanalytical Department.

Key Requirements:

- 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with LCMS 4000/4500 (Sciex) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and laboratory practices
- Qualification: B. Pharm or M.Sc as per Clinical Research Organization (CRO) standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using LC-MS/MS systems
- Operate and maintain LCMS 4000/4500 (SCIEX) instruments
- Method development, validation, and sample analysis as per regulatory guidelines
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP and laboratory SOPs
- Calibration, system suitability, and routine maintenance of instruments
- Data processing, interpretation,



and documentation of analytical results
- Preparation and review of analytical reports and study documents
- Troubleshooting of instruments and analytical methods
- Coordination with QA and other departments during audits and inspections
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity standards
