JJob Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling fabrication consumable products such as welding consumables, cutting tools, abrasives, industrial gases, safety products, and related fabrication accessories. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support to customers across fabrication and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales.
- Identify and acquire new customers in fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and heavy industries.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrication consumable products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with the sales support and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial marketing or sales, preferably in fabrication consumables, welding products, cutting tools, abrasives, or industrial equipment.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of welding processes, fabrication consumables, and industrial products.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
