We are hiring an Operations Executive to handle daily operations, CRM updates, client coordination, webinar follow-up calls, payment tracking, course access coordination, and daily reports.

This role includes both backend operations and client calling. The candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

Important Work Requirement

This is a 6-day working role. Since our webinars happen on weekends, working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is mandatory. Weekly off will be given on any other weekday.

Key Responsibilities

- Update CRM, trackers, Google Sheets, and client records daily.
- Make pre-webinar confirmation calls.
- Make post-webinar follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with clients for payment confirmation and course access.
- Support paid client onboarding.
- Follow up with leads, clients, and internal team members.
- Track pending tasks and update status regularly.
- Prepare daily operations reports.




- Execute tasks assigned by the operations manager.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Comfortable making client calls.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage daily tasks without missing updates.
- Comfortable working in a target and tracker-based system.

Preferred Experience

Operations executive, client coordinator, CRM executive, backend operations executive, customer support executive, admin executive, process associate, or recruitment coordinator.
