We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and oversee multiple construction sites. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations independently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and report updates
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues
- Maintain quality control and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience
- Proven ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety norms
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Positive leadership and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
