- - Create and modify 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings of mechanical components and assemblies using Creo.
- Understand design requirements and develop design concepts, packaging layouts and engineering solutions.
- Perform basic engineering calculations to support design activities.
- Execute assigned projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve design-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Participate in technical reviews and internal meetings, providing innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Manage engineering changes, revisions, and new releases through PLM systems such as Windchill or equivalent platforms.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation for current workflows and engineering procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and schedules.
Skills and Experience Required
- - Experience Range: 2–4 Years
- Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related branches.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes including:
Plastic, Sheet Metal, Casting and Machining
- - Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles.
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).
