Study Abroad Counsellor (0–1 Year Experience)

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting the right overseas education opportunities and guide them throughout the admission process. Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for counselling are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on overseas education opportunities.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programs.
- Explain admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, and visa procedures.
- Follow up with enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Meet monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Participate in education fairs,



seminars, and promotional events.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Study Abroad, Education, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Malayalam is preferred.
- Good presentation, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Location: In Person – Muvattupuzha, Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
