The candidate will assist in sourcing materials, vendor coordination, and maintaining purchase records using SAP software. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials
- Follow up on orders and resolve supply-related issues
- Compare and evaluate supplier offers
- Support inventory management and stock tracking
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.)
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
