Job Title: Video Editor (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience who can independently manage the complete video production process—from shooting to editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of videography, storytelling, lighting, composition, and post-production to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, social media, and internal communications.
- Capture footage using cameras, smartphones, and other video equipment.
- Set up lighting, audio, and camera angles to ensure professional-quality recordings.
- Edit raw footage into compelling videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
- Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage video assets, maintain an organized media library, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends,



and social media content formats.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Experience with camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to independently execute shoots as well as post-production.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing both videography (shooting) and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred

- Experience creating content for startups, healthcare, or technology brands.
- Familiarity with social media content trends and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
