Media Kingdoms is a results-driven social media and digital marketing agency founded in 2021. We're a 22-member team currently managing 63 active clients across multiple industries. We don't just post, we build strategy-led content that drives visibility, engagement, and enquiries.

Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Pune (On-site / Work from office)
Experience: 1–2 years (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skill & portfolio)
Type: Full-time

What you'll do

- Design social media creatives - carousels, static posts, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Work from monthly content calendars and 30-day content roadmaps for multiple client accounts
- Maintain brand consistency across each client's visual identity (colour, typography, tone)
- Design thumbnails, reel covers, and supporting graphics for video content
- Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, brochures, banners, and presentation graphics
- Collaborate with strategists, content writers, and video editors to take concepts from brief to final output




- Revise designs based on internal and client feedback within agreed timelines

What we're looking for

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva proficiency is a plus
- Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to handle multiple client brands without losing quality or consistency
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a quick-moving agency environment
- Basic understanding of social media formats, sizes, and what performs on each platform
- Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects), video editing (Premiere Pro), or Figma experience
