Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Customer Relation Executive with experience in Attestation Services. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, coordinating with internal teams, developing agency networks, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct walk-in visits.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about attestation services.
- Handle customer inquiries related to certificate attestation, document legalization, embassy attestation, and other related services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and leads.
- Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service updates and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Develop and onboard new agencies for business generation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agencies.




- Generate business through agency networks and internal team coordination.
- Generate, manage, and track attestation-related leads.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business and conversion targets.
- Support overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, attestation, sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in certificate attestation and document-related services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of attestation services, document processing, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
