Our organisation is a rapidly expanding charitable healthcare institution committed to improving public health through quality and accessible medical services. With a strong focus on humanitarian healthcare initiatives, we are undertaking the establishment of a state-of-the-art Eye Hospital project with an investment of approximately ₹100 Crores.

The institution is dedicated to providing affordable and free eye care services to economically weaker sections of society, including large-scale free cataract surgeries. Our vision is to conduct approximately 50,000 – 1,00,000 eye surgeries annually and become a leading centre for compassionate and community-focused eye healthcare services.

To strengthen our organisational and human resource systems during this expansion phase, we invite applications for the position of Human Resource Manager.

Job Summary

The Human Resource Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing the complete Human Resource function of the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, organisational development, and staff welfare.

The role requires a highly organised, ethical, and proactive professional capable of supporting a rapidly growing healthcare institution while maintaining a positive, disciplined, and mission-driven work culture.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for medical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.




- Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain manpower planning in alignment with organisational expansion goals.
- Build talent pipelines for future staffing requirements.

2. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Supervise joining formalities, employee contracts, confirmations, transfers, and exit procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and employee files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and staff benefits administration.

3. Employee Relations & Welfare

- Promote healthy employee relations and a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Foster organisational culture aligned with compassion, service, and teamwork.

4. Performance Management & Training

- Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Identify staff training and development needs.
- Organise orientation and professional development programs.
- Support leadership in building high-performing teams.

5. Legal Compliance & Policy Management

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and employment standards.
- Monitor HR compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, contractual obligations, and other statutory requirements.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices.

Strategic HR Support

- Assist management in organisational planning and workforce strategy.
- Support change management and institutional development initiatives.
- Provide HR reports, analytics, and recommendations to leadership.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Hospitals
- Healthcare Institutions
- NGOs / Trusts
- Large Service Organisations

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and mission-oriented environment.
