Job Overview

As a Sales & Field Marketing Intern, you will represent Alora Radiance in the market by visiting potential business partners, conducting cold calls, arranging meetings, and promoting our products. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Alora Radiance professionally during field visits to pharmacies, medical stores, salons, spas, gyms, hotels, clinics, and retail outlets.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the brand and schedule business meetings.
- Visit potential partners to present Alora Radiance products and discuss distribution opportunities.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and business owners.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, visits, meetings, and lead status.




- Work closely with the sales team to achieve outreach and distribution goals.

Requirements

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and cold calling.
- Confident interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Own smartphone required for reporting and communication.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
