Position: Corporate Trainer

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations, in a training role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver induction training for current employees.

· Develop role-specific training modules for Front Office, Kitchen, Bakery, Housekeeping, Security, and Management staff.

· Conduct classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions.

· Identify skill gaps through observations, audits, and performance reviews.

· Coordinate with department heads to address training needs.

· Train employees as per business requirement like Guest service standards, Communication skills, Complaint handling, Upselling techniques, Hospitality etiquette, Takeaway & delivery operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Food Safety & Hygiene (FSSAI/HACCP), Inventory awareness

· Mentor Team Leaders, Supervisors,



and Restaurant Managers.

· Build succession planning through employee development programs

· Measure training effectiveness using KPIs.

· Work closely with HR, Operations, Kitchen, Bakery, and Outlet Managers.

· Support new outlet openings through pre-opening training.

Skills Required:

· Good Understanding of Cafe, Restaurant, QSR, Bakery, or Hospitality industry.

· Experience in creating training content and conducting workshops.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
