Field Sales Executive – POS Software Sales

About Us

We are a rapid-growing software company providing modern POS (Point of Sale) solutions for retail stores, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, and other businesses. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting business owners, demonstrating software, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail businesses and restaurants to introduce our POS software.
- Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Conduct live product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the implementation team after a successful sale.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, software sales, fintech, or payment solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers daily.




- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required. English is a plus.

- Billing Software
- ERP Software
- SaaS Products
- Payment Machines (POS Terminals)
- QR Payment or Merchant Services
