About the Role

Infinity Learn is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Campus Hiring Specialist to strengthen our early talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end campus recruitment, building long-term relationships with educational institutions, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences for graduates and interns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete campus recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, campus outreach, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with placement cells, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members, and academic institutions.
- Develop and execute annual campus hiring strategies aligned with business hiring requirements.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, hackathons, pre-placement talks, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain and expand relationships with premier engineering, management, and other relevant institutions.




- Track recruitment metrics, hiring conversion rates, campus performance, and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Stay updated on campus hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Support internship programs, graduate hiring initiatives, and campus engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment or Early Careers Hiring.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end campus recruitment across multiple institutions.
- Strong network with colleges, universities, and placement offices is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, coordination, and event management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
