About Us

Anmol Bakery Machines is a leading manufacturer of commercial bakery equipment including Rotary Rack Ovens, Spiral Mixers, Planetary Mixers, Dough Processing Machines, Cookie Depositors, and other bakery solutions. We are looking for a passionate MBA Marketing professional to help expand our customer base across India and international markets.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate B2B sales leads for bakery machinery.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase inquiries and sales.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with SEO agencies and improve website traffic.
- Handle IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
- Build relationships with bakery owners, distributors, dealers, and food manufacturers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, and product marketing materials.
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads.
- Manage CRM and maintain customer databases.




- Plan exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing or B2B Sales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial machinery or manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of export marketing
- Understanding of website marketing and SEO
- Experience managing IndiaMART or TradeIndia accounts
- Ability to travel for client meetings and exhibitions
