About Render Rabbit AI

Render Rabbit AI is a filmmaker-led AI content studio creating premium AI advertising, branded films, product campaigns, and cinematic visual storytelling for brands and agencies. We combine creative direction with the latest AI tools to produce visuals that feel crafted, cinematic, and production-ready.

We're looking for a Mid-Level Generative AI Artist who has a robust creative eye, experience with modern AI tools, and a background in filmmaking, advertising, design, or post-production. You'll work directly with directors and creative leads to build high-quality AI content for commercial projects.

What You'll Do

- Create premium AI-generated images and videos for advertising campaigns, product films, and branded social content.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling AI outputs with minimal supervision.
- Build and refine prompts across multiple AI platforms to achieve consistent, production-ready results.
- Maintain character consistency, product accuracy, lighting continuity, and cinematic quality throughout a project.
- Retouch and enhance AI-generated assets using Photoshop and other post-production tools.
- Identify and fix AI artefacts, anatomy issues, texture inconsistencies, unwanted distortions, and continuity errors.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other AI artists throughout the creative process.
- Explore new AI workflows, models, and techniques that improve both efficiency and creative quality.
- Contribute to internal prompt libraries and workflow development.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in advertising, filmmaking, design, post-production, photography, motion graphics, or a related creative field.




- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools such as Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Veo, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Flux, Elevenlabs or similar platforms. Understanding of offline models will be an added benefit
- Strong Photoshop skills, including Generative Fill and AI-assisted retouching workflows.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, colour, framing, perspective, textures, and cinematic visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle AI artefacts and visual inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:

- Advertising agencies
- Film or commercial production
- Post-production studios
- Motion design or animation
- Photography or cinematography
- Creative design studios

A good understanding of filmmaking language, production design, cinematography, commercial storytelling, or advertising aesthetics is a significant advantage.

Bonus Skills

- Experience creating AI commercials, branded content, or product campaigns.
- Video editing in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Motion graphics or compositing experience.
- Colour grading and finishing workflows.




- Strong prompt engineering and workflow optimisation.
- Experience creating luxury, premium, or product advertising visuals.
