Key Responsibilities

Architectural Drafting & Documentation

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detail drawings as per design requirements.
- Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and MEP consultants.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building bye-laws and project specifications.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant comments, and site requirements.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with project teams for drawing updates and technical clarifications.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
- Support site teams by providing technical drafting assistance and updated drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings and coordination discussions.

Quality Control

- Verify dimensions, specifications, and construction details before issuance.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all project documentation.
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, templates, and CAD protocols.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and BIM software is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Knowledge of building regulations, approval processes, and municipal requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
