Summary:

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application design and functionality.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and configuring business processes within Workday applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in software configuration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
