1. Reception & Patient Assistance

- Patient Greeting & Registration: Welcome incoming OPD (Outpatient Department) and IPD (Inpatient Department) patients, collect personal details, and register them in the hospital management system.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls and in-person queries regarding doctor consultation schedules, department locations, visiting hours, and available facilities.
- Patient Flow Management: Direct patients to appropriate consultation rooms, diagnostic labs, or emergency units to ensure a smooth, organized flow.

2. Cashier & Billing Operations

- Consultation & Service Billing: Issue receipts and collect payments for doctor consultations, diagnostic tests (X-rays, lab work), pharmacy orders, and procedure fees.
- Admission & Discharge Settlement: Prepare IPD interim bills, collect advance deposits upon admission, and finalize billing settlements upon patient discharge.
- Daily Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, card, and UPI payment collections at the end of every shift against daily register reports and handover tallies to the accounts department.

Patient Records & Scheduling

- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for specialists and general physician consultations.
- Document Maintenance: Keep accurate records of patient registration forms, billing vouchers, and daily payment logs.

4. Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / B.A. or equivalent background preferred).
- Languages: Fluency or working knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English to communicate effectively with local patients and hospital staff.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office (Excel/Word), and basic understanding of hospital management or billing software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Patience, empathy, transparent communication, and the ability to handle high-stress situations (e.g., medical emergencies or anxious families) calmly and professionally.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
