Biitcode is hiring an experienced Design Engineer (CATIA) for a leading manufacturing company. If you have strong expertise in CATIA V5, Mechanical Design, Product Development, Sheet Metal Design, and 3D Modeling, we'd love to hear from you!

Experience

- 3–8 Years in Mechanical Design Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CATIA V5
- Experience in Product Design, Machine Design, or Automotive Components
- Exposure to Manufacturing and Production Support
- Experience with Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR)

Key Responsibilities





- Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CATIA V5
- Design recent products and improve existing designs
- Prepare BOMs and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase departments
- Resolve manufacturing and assembly-related issues
- Support prototype development and product testing
- Implement design changes through ECN/ECR
- Ensure designs meet customer specifications and industry standards
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost

Qualification

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- CATIA V5 Certification (Preferred)
