Role: Analyst – Product Operations (Private Line – India Services)

Purpose: Support day-to-day product operations for Private Line – India services through tracking, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and analyse SDWIP and Funnel reports for Private Line – India services.

- Monitor commissioning, delivery status, and order progress to support revenue achievement.

- Track and follow up on On-Hold orders, revenue leakage, and cost leak cases.

- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Service Delivery Project Managers (SDPMs), Sales Support, and other internal teams.

- Handle routine product-related queries and provide operational support.





- Maintain product performance trackers, databases, and management reports.

- Perform revenue, booking, commissioning, and churn analysis.

- Support product management initiatives through data analysis and process improvements.

- Gradually engage with Sales and Pre-Sales teams as product and business knowledge matures.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).

- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple trackers.

- Knowledge of Salesforce and telecom/networking products is preferred.

Experience:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Telecom Operations, or related functions.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related discipline.
