We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Photographer to capture and produce high-quality visual content for our clients' social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, is comfortable working across both video and photography, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot photos and videos on-location (hotels, restaurants, events, products, portraits, etc.) as per shoot briefs
- Edit and produce high-quality reels, short-form videos, and social media content using editing software
- Retouch and edit photographs for social media, websites, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the social media and content team to align visuals with captions, campaigns, and brand tone
- Add music, transitions, text overlays, and effects to enhance video engagement
- Maintain a consistent visual style/aesthetic across client accounts
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and content archives
- Stay updated on trending reel formats, transitions, and editing styles across platforms
- Coordinate with clients/on-site teams for shoot schedules and requirements
- Deliver content within timelines to support the content calendar

Requirements





- Proven experience or strong portfolio in photography and video editing (agency, freelance, or personal projects accepted)
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Lightroom, or Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/gimbal equipment
- Robust sense of composition, color grading, and visual storytelling
- Ability to edit quickly without compromising quality, especially for reels/short-form content
- Willingness to travel to client locations (hotels, restaurants, event venues, etc.) for shoots
- Basic understanding of social media trends and what performs well on Instagram/Reels

Good to Have

- Experience shooting and editing content specifically for hospitality, F&B;, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of drone photography/videography
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for supporting static posts
