We are looking for an experienced and motivated Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of workers to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Enforce health, safety, and quality control standards.
- Co-ordinate with clients & gets the order approved & delivered.
- Identify and resolve issues to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee material usage.
- Prepare reports and communicate with management regarding production status.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.




- Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
