Camerry Ice Cream, one of Kerala's leading ice cream brands, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Sales Administration to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, distributors, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and execution.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, presentations, and performance dashboards.
- Maintain customer, distributor, and sales records with accuracy.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the sales team and customers.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and monthly sales analysis.




- Handle customer and distributor queries and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain documentation related to sales operations and support the implementation of sales initiatives.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
