Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with expertise in road construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and supervising CC Road, PQC, DLC, GSB, WMM, Earthwork, Drain Construction, and Culvert Works, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all road construction activities.
- Ensure proper execution of Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, CC Road, Drain, Culvert, and Shoulder Works.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Operate and coordinate construction equipment such as JCB, Excavator, Motor Grader, Soil Compactor, Vibratory Roller, Transit Mixer, Batching Plant, Paver Machine, and Tipper.
- Check levels, alignment, thickness, and road geometry as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC engineers, contractors, and project management.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.




- Ensure work is carried out according to IRC, MORTH, and project specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), work plans, and measurement records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CC Road, PQC, DLC, GSB, WMM, Earthwork, Drain, and Culvert Construction.
- Experience with JCB, Excavator, Grader, Roller, Paver, Batching Plant, Transit Mixer, and Tipper.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, and measurement.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in State Highway, National Highway, Smart City, or Road Infrastructure Projects.
- Familiarity with IRC and MORTH specifications.

Salary: As per company standards (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
