Job Description: Overview

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Sales Hiring for US and European markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for SaaS, Enterprise, and B2B IT Sales roles and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles across US & Europe
- Hire for positions such as:
- Enterprise Sales Managers
- Account Executives
- Business Development Managers
- Regional Sales Leaders
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screen candidates based on sales KPIs (quota, ARR, pipeline, deal size)
- Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Handle offer negotiations and closures
- Maintain strong pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time
- Ensure excellent candidate experience

Required Skills Must Have

- Experience in IT Sales Hiring (Mandatory)
- Hiring experience in:
- SaaS Sales
- Enterprise Sales
- B2B IT Sales
- Exposure to US / Europe hiring markets




- Strong understanding of sales metrics (quota, ARR, pipeline)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work as an individual contributor

Preferred

- Experience in Product-based / SaaS companies (High Priority)
- Experience in IT staffing firms handling US/Europe clients
- Exposure to FinTech / Banking domain hiring

Candidate Criteria (Significant)

- Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate
- Immediate to 30 days joiners only (No notice period negotiation)
