ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives on turning conversations into conversions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle outbound client calls professionally
- Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Convert potential leads into confirmed clients
- Maintain and update CRM with daily lead status and follow-ups
- Build robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

✅ Proven track record of lead conversion and client handling

✅ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

✅ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools

✅ Must be based in or willing to work from Mohali

✅ Immediate joiner preferred
