ROLE – Inside Sales Associate

JOB TYPE- Full time, Permanent

CTC- 3-5 LPA (Fixed)+ Variable incentives.

Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on student leads.
- Counsel students on courses, universities, and study destinations.
- Convert inquiries into enrolments and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with application, documentation, and visa teams.
- Maintain student records and reports.




- Shortlist suitable universities and courses based on student requirements.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Experience in sales, customer service, tele-calling, or business development is a plus.
- Knowledge of overseas education is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
