Description

If you have strong exposure to LTL logistics, experience handling carrier contracts, RFQs/RFPs, and hands-on expertise in TMS platforms like 3GTMS/TAI, this role offers an opportunity to lead high-impact pricing and audit operations in a global environment.

What You'll Do…

Lead US Domestic LTL pricing and freight audit operations
- Manage carrier agreements, tariffs, and contract translation into TMS (3GTMS/TAI)
- Own and execute RFQ/RFP pricing (inland/LTL components)
- Perform rate analysis, benchmarking, and margin validation
- Ensure accuracy of rates across US local, regional, and national LTL carriers
- Drive freight bill audit, dispute resolution, and process improvements
- Troubleshoot pricing/rating issues within TMS platforms
- Manage EDI/API integrations and mapping issues
- Oversee client and carrier setup in TMS systems
- Lead and develop a team; define KPIs and track performance
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, carriers, and technology partners

What You’ll Need…

A Bachelor’s/Management degree
- Exposure to US LTL logistics
- Hands-on experience with carrier contracts, tariffs, and pricing structures
- Proven experience handling RFQs/RFPs (LTL/inland pricing)
- Exposure to automation tools, batch rating, or pricing engines
- Working knowledge of TMS platforms (3GTMS, TAI, or similar)
- Experience in freight audit / freight bill pay processes
- Understanding of NMFC classifications and rules tariffs
- Ability to translate complex pricing structures into system logic
