Position : Senior Project Associate

Experience : 5-10 years

Educational Requirement : Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with MBA

Salary : 07-10 lakhs per annum / Negotiable

Location : Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Other Requirements : Must be willing to travel & relocate if required.

Expected candidate profile:

a) Source, develop and execute projects and business consulting assignments such as Techno Economic Feasibility Reports(TEFR),DPR, Lenders Independent Engineer, Market Research, Project Management Consultancy(PMC), Construction Management and Escort Assistance to start-ups.

b) Candidates with experience in one or more verticals such as Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Power,



Infrastructure and water treatment will be preferred.

c) Certifications such as PMI-PMP, Prince 2, PPP practice etc will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Preparation of Detailed Project Reports

· Preparation of Feasibility Study Reports

· Preparation of tender documents

· Preparation of proposals for availing government grants

· Conducting site visits and assessing the physical and financial progress of Projects.

· Review and approving the vendor payment in case of LIE/PMC/ASM after consultation with the Team Lead

· Valuation/ Cost estimation

· Review of Statutory approvals and Compliance

· Consolidate the findings from the analysis and to make presentations

· Client handling

· Support for Business Development activities

Key Skills required:

· Excellent communication, leadership and convincing skills

· Stakeholder management skills

· Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans

· Excellent organizational and coordination skills

· MS Office, MS Project Skills

· Professional presentation skills at the C-Suite level.

· Excellent report writing skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
