About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This hands-on role offers real-world experience across lead generation, market research, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Lead Discovery:
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients, decision-makers, and target industries.
- Sales Outreach & Cold Calling:
- Perform phone calls and email outreach to prospective clients to introduce company offerings.
- Pitch products/services, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the core sales team.
- LinkedIn & Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn and other key social media channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging professional content (posts, product announcements, and company updates).




- Interact with industry professionals and engage in relevant groups to build brand awareness.
- Marketing & Sales Support:
- Assist in organizing client databases and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Support the team with promotional campaigns, customer follow-ups, and market collateral creation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong confidence on phone calls.
- Tech & Digital Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn management, MS Office (Excel/Word), and basic internet research tools.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or social media management is a plus.
