Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IVF and fertility services.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding consultations, investigations, treatment procedures, and appointment availability.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing patients.
- Explain clinic services, packages, and treatment processes as per clinic guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and front office staff for patient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records in CRM/HMS software.
- Follow up with patients for reports, treatment continuation, and feedback.
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries professionally.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of patient information.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, healthcare, or IVF/fertility clinics.
