Job description (IT Team Lead)

Role Overview -

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to lead the development of web and mobile applications while managing a team of developers. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical expertise with leadership, project planning and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities -

- Lead, mentor, and manage the development team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Understand client requirements, prepare project scope documents, proposals, effort estimates and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas clients, participating in requirement gathering, solution discussions and regular project updates.
- Contribute to application architecture, development, code reviews and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage server configuration, web hosting, cloud infrastructure, application deployment, security, performance optimization and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills -

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel),



Node.js and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean and web hosting environments.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, deployment and infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in project analysis, scope definition, proposal preparation and effort estimation.
- Fluent English communication skills with experience interacting with International clients and excellent problem-solving analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills -

- Experience in scalable system architecture and DevOps (CI/CD).
- Experience into AI/Machine Learning
- Exposure to mobile application development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Acharya Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Node.js: 3 years (Required)
- Python: 3 years (Required)
- PHP Laravel: 2 years (Preferred)
