We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team at a luxury resort in Devala, Nilgiris. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good analytical skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Verify bills, purchase invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and billing-related matters.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
