Responsibilities

- Requirement study & Project reality check.
- Gap identification and addressal to the query raised by client / Project Management Team or Operational Team further.
- Evaluation over complete effort estimation in sync with the fetched requirement.
- Lead of the planning and implementation of all the projects.
- Facilitate the project scope, maintenance, control, monitoring and delivery of the project
- Responsible for client and project mapping (it’s finances & profitability).
- Responsible for all level of project related communication.
- Constant monitoring to identify Inter team skill training requirement for improvement.
- Formation and execution of Training & Development plans of the team.
- Responsible for imparting Technical assistance as & when required within the team.
- Client discussions to generate additional business from the existing project.
- Responsible for report over Project mapping,



it’s lifecycle and final delivery along with periodical client communication.
- Pre-Project liasioning with business teams for project review and prior estimation (if required
- Improve the technical competence of your team through training and development of existing and recent team members

Skills

- Candidate should have minimum 4 yrs of Team Management Experience.
- Candidates from Web Services background are preferred.
- Candidate should be well versed at managing PHP, Open sources & Dot Net technologies.
- PMP Certification and Microsoft Certification are an added advantage
- Excellent problem solving & conceptual skills.
- Good at all level of Communication.
- Experience: 7+ years
