Role Overview:

Savvy is a reputed real estate developer engaged in the construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. We are committed to quality, timely delivery, and innovation in our projects. We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented civil engineering graduates to join us as Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity take-off from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for contracts.
- Monitor project budgets and track variations to ensure cost control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to collect accurate data and ensure project alignment.
- Support in preparing estimates for materials, labour, and services.
- Analyse construction plans and provide cost forecasts and risk assessments.
- Maintain and update BOQs, rate analysis, and cost tracking sheets.
- Assist in cost control, material reconciliation, and preparing cost reports.
- Ensure documentation and records are maintained as per company standards.





Skills Required:

- Quantity take-off from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings (plan, elevation, section, and detail).
- BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and IS codes.
- Robust analytical skills for cost estimation and budget management.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites or office, as per requirement.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.
