Job Responsibilities

- Teach MBA students in subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Operations Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Guide students in projects, internships, research work, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and accreditation activities.
- Mentor students for placements, higher studies, and skilled growth.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

- MBA with specialization in relevant discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching experience in management education preferred.

Skills Required

- Subject expertise in Management Studies.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
