We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day management of our Tele Recruitment agents. In this role, you will monitor team performance, coach telecallers, ensure target achievement, and maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the team's daily/monthly first-trip conversion and milestone-retention targets.
- Coach and develop Telecallers through call barging, feedback, and daily huddles.
- Monitor productivity and quality dashboards; identify and close performance gaps early.
- Manage lead allocation across the team and flag lead-quality issues to the Centre Manager.
- Run quality checks on onboarding and documentation to minimise rejections and clawbacks.
- Control attrition through engagement, recognition, and early intervention.
- Report team performance and escalate blockers to the Centre Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Recruitment, or Voice Process.
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to monitor performance and drive team productivity.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of Odia and/or Bengali is an added advantage.
