Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Executive to install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot earthing and electrical systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical field service, strong technical knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test, and commission earthing and electrical systems at client locations.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and earthing-related issues on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and report progress to the Service Manager.
- Maintain service tools, testing instruments, and company vehicles in good condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards during site activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical service, maintenance, or field support.
- Good knowledge of earthing systems, lightning protection systems, and electrical products.




- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and nearby regions.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of electrical testing instruments.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation and documentation.
- Customer handling and service management skills.
