Job Summary:
The Stores & Accessories In-Charge oversees the complete lifecycle of garment materials and accessories within the warehouse, from receiving to final issuance. The ideal candidate will maintain meticulous inventory records, guarantee the timely supply of materials to the production floor, and foster effective communication between purchasing and manufacturing units. Proficiency in fabric handling and material inspection is strictly required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect garment accessories (buttons, zippers, labels, threads, trims, packing materials, etc.)
- Maintain proper storage and identification of all accessories
- Issue accessories to production as per approved requisitions
- Keep accurate stock records and update inventory regularly
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages
- Coordinate with purchasing and production departments
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed
- Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of materials




- Prepare stock reports, daily issue/receive records, and balance sheets
- Support audits and stock verification processes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area

Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of garment accessories and trims
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software)
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
