Description

Plan and execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule. Supervise API manufacturing operations including charging, reactions, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, blending, and packing. Ensure timely completion of batches while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and process instructions. Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, QC, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS for uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Lead and supervise Production Officers, Operators, and contract workforce. Allocate manpower effectively across production areas and shifts. Conduct on-the-job training and evaluate employee competency. Promote teamwork, discipline, and a solid culture of GMP and safety compliance.Review and verify batch records, equipment logbooks, and production documentation. Participate in investigations related to deviations, OOS, OOT, incidents, and customer complaints. Implement and monitor CAPA, Change Control, and Risk Assessment activities. Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal quality audits.
