Job Description
Leadership
At Rubenius, we don’t treat design as surface treatment. We treat it as a system that shapes behaviour, wellbeing, and experience. With over 20 years of practice across commercial workplaces, experiential environments, F&B;, and residential spaces, Rubenius Interior Wellbeing operates at the intersection of design, technology, and execution.
Through REDS (Rubenius Experiential Design System), we are building a future-ready practice focused on experiential, interactive, and techno-integrated environments—where global thinking meets grounded, real-world delivery.
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead end-to-end operations across interior, design-build, and experiential projects. This role will drive execution excellence, oversee multi-project delivery, manage teams and resources, ensure financial discipline, and build robust systems and processes—enabling leadership to focus on vision, growth, and client relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong operational ownership, people leadership, and the ability to scale high-quality delivery across complex, fast-moving environments.
