Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth organizational processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Recruitment & Selection including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Implement HR policies and drive Employee Engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
- Manage payroll processing, attendance records, and employee documentation
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Provide HR reports and insights to senior management
- Oversee Office Administration including facility management, vendor coordination, and office supplies
- Support management in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of PF and ESIC compliance
- Experience in HR policies, payroll, and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of office administration and vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 2–5 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Rajasthan
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
